Ben’s thoughts:
Second visit to Brands Hatch this year went extremely well, with me setting my fastest ever lap by half a second whilst on a talented & challenging 30 car grid.
Overall a huge positive with a great haul of championship points keeping me in mathematical contention of the title just. Ahead of going into the final round at Snetterton on the 6th of October!
Qualifying saw my fastest ever lap around the Indy circuit being a 50.576 which set me 13th on the grid.
Race 1 saw me in the mix surviving chaos and gaining positions up to P7, whilst still setting lap times in the high 50’s
Race 2 was a similar story as incidents ahead again saw me move up to P5 during the race before loosing out 2 positions towards the end finishing P7 again.
