Castle Combe has a big history with one of the largest Formula Ford grids in the country. It holds a special place in Ben’s history as it was the first time he sat in a Formula Ford as well as watched his karting coach and Castle Combe Champion Nathan Ward race. However Ben is yet to be a part of that history as he hasn’t raced on Castle Combe tarmac yet. Meaning that this’ll be the second track this season after Lydden Hill that he will never have driven before.

Luckily Oldfield Motorsport has been there before, so we have a greater starting point than we did at Lydden Hill to be able to make progress to compete with the local teams.

Tickets are available via the Castle Combe Circuit website, the event is labelled “Combe Countdown” 26th of August at £10 Per adult online. OR
