Ben’s Race Report For Brands Hatch R7 United Formula Ford
Ben’s thoughts:
A “deflating” weekend at brands hatch recently😂 with damage to the car and a puncture stopping my charges through the field in both races where I feel I could’ve finished much higher in the race!
My excitement escalated when I saw the rain coming down for the first race. The blue racer was keen to get a move on, making early progress in both races heading to the top 10 before picking up some damage in the wars resulting in me going off and receiving a puncture with suspension damage.
An amazing repair job from Souley motorsport Brian and George saw me make the start for race 2 although still not quite feeling on it during the second race.
It’s one of those learning weekends again, taking the positives from Friday practice taking a step forward. Now we lock our eyes onto the next race we can do and blitz it then!
